The American Iris Society just celebrated its 102nd Anniversary and is moving into its second century of continuing its mission to preserve, protect, and document all species of the iris plant.
Our Planned Giving Program is being set up to generate donations from members as part of a regular planned program and/or estate gifts for the furtherance of AIS’ mission. The current donations plan focuses primarily on donations for memorials or to honor a living AIS member. This will not change but be expanded.
Our Expanded Supporter Program will allow you to set your own donation goals to be paid in quarterly installments. There will be a Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels from which to choose. You choose which AIS/AISF funds you want to benefit from your donation.

For your long term estate planning, the AIS Foundation is also able to accept non-cash gifts, such as stocks, bonds and real estate if it is in good condition and readily marketable. No crypto currency, please. Both the AIS and the AIS Foundation have accounts with an investment firm and access to an investment manager to help process these gifts.
Gifts can also be left in trust to the AIS Foundation. Please consult your estate planner and investment advisors for details on how to set up these donations.
